GATE 2026 Exam Notification: IIT Guwahati has officially released the GATE 2026 notification. The exam will be conducted on 7, 8, 14, and 15 February 2026. The GATE 2026 Application Date starts on 25 August 2025, and closes on 25 September 2025 (extended till October 6, 2025 with late fee).
GATE Exam Application Form 2026: The GATE Exam Application must be submitted online through the GATE Online Application Processing System (GOAPS). GATE Exam Registration process includes online form filling, uploading documents, and fee payment. GATE Registration 2026 is available only through the official website gate2026.iitg.ac.in.
The GATE Exam Eligibility requires candidates in the 3rd year or higher of a degree program, or graduates in Engineering, Technology, Architecture, Science, Commerce, Arts, or Humanities. GATE Exam Fees: To complete the GATE 2026 registration process, candidates must pay the application fee online. Those opting for two papers are required to pay double the fee. The application fee for a single test paper is as follows:
