Update on GT & PGT recruitment
DSE Assam is set to release the second verification list for GT/PGT posts on 1 July 2025. The second verification list marks the commencement of the second phase of physical document verification, following the completion of the initial application and online document submission process.
This means that candidates who were not included in the first verification phase may still have a chance to be called for second document verification. If you applied for the Assam GT PGT recruitment but were not shortlisted in the first round of document verification, do not lose hope. There is still a possibility that your name may appear in the second verification list, depending on vacancy availability.

Assam TET 2025 Exam Details
The Assam TET Result 2025 has been released on 30 May 2025 for PGT (Paper II). The Assam TET Exam took place on 19 January 2025.
- Exam Schedule:
- Graduate Teachers (Paper-I): 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM
- Post-Graduate Teachers (Paper-II): 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM
- Exam Locations: Nine districts in Assam, including Cachar, Dibrugarh, Jorhat, Kamrup, Kamrup Metro, Kokrajhar, Lakhimpur, Nalbari, and Sonitpur
