IB JIO Tech Salary: The salary for IB Junior Intelligence Officer Grade-II/Technical (JIO-II/Tech) is as follows:
- Pay Scale: Level-4 in the 7th CPC Pay Matrix (Rs.25,500 – Rs.81,100)
- Allowances: Admissible Central Government allowances
- Special Security Allowance (SSA): 20% of basic pay
- Other Benefits: Cash compensation in lieu of duty performed on holidays (up to 30 days)
Selection Process
The selection process for IB JIO Tech Recruitment 2025 will be conducted in three stages:
- Tier-I: Online Exam (Objective type – 100 questions, 2 hours)
- General Mental Ability: 25%
- Technical Subject (based on qualification): 75%
- Negative marking: 1.4 mark per wrong answer
- Cut-off marks: UR – 35, OBC – 34, SC/ST – 33, EWS – 35
- Tier-II: Skill Test (Practical/Technical nature) – 30 Marks
