Darpan admission portal is now accepting online applications for admission into the HS 1st year for the academic session 2025-26. DARPAN Admission Portal
DARPAN Admission Portal is a common application portal for students to apply online for admission to higher secondary classes in the colleges of Assam. On this portal, students can submit admission applications for Streams like Arts, Science, and Commerce. Students who have passed class 10 can apply online through this online portal for first-year courses under Assam Higher Secondary Education Council for the academic session 2025-2026.
Under the Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC), a common online portal DARPAN was launched to make the admission process easier for HS 1st year admission during a hard time of COVID-19. To take admission to Assam colleges, Students must submit an online application through DARPAN Portal. A student can apply up to five applications in five colleges.
Till now, the DARPAN admission portal for HS admission in Assam is performing successfully. Similarly, the Directorate of Higher Education Assam launched SAMARTH Admission Portal on June 14, 2023. SAMARTH Admission Portal is a common application portal of Assam for students to apply for admission to undergraduate courses in state universities and affiliated colleges.

Students who have passed the class 10 final exam can submit applications to be admitted to colleges in Assam through Darpan Online Admission Portal. Students can apply for higher secondary admission through the Darpan online admission portal by following the below-mentioned steps:
- Visit the Darpan Admission Portal https://studentcorner.darpan.ahseconline.in/
- Click on the “Click Here to register a new account” button.
- Login by using their Registered Mobile number, Date of Birth, and 4-digit pin.
- Fill up all the required relevant information related to the institution.
- Upload all the required documents
- Submit and take a printout copy of the application receipt.
What is the Next Step?
After completing of online admission process in the DARPAN portal students need to submit the downloaded application receipt at the college by visiting the college physically or on the official website of the college.
