On June 9, 2025, Cotton University released an official advertisement inviting applications for PG courses across various departments. Education Qualification
- Candidates must have completed or be appearing in the final semester of their undergraduate degree (Bachelor’s) in 2025.
- The degree must be from a recognized university.
- A candidate can apply for a maximum of three PG programmes.
For Cotton Graduates
- A certain number of seats in each programme are reserved for students graduating from Cotton University.
Cross-Discipline Applicants
- In select programmes, students from related or allied disciplines (not just the exact subject) are also eligible to apply, subject to fulfilling other criteria.
Cotton College PG Reservation Details
The rules and regulations of the Government of Assam shall apply to all PG admissions, except for the MBBT programme (10 seats), where the norms of the Department of Biotechnology (DBT), Government of India, will be followed.
