Assam Forest has released 110 govt jobs for their 10 departments. The post wise qualification requirement are mentioned below:

Maximum Qualification: HSSLC (Class 12) passed from recognized Board or Council.

Note: Candidates who have higher education like graduation are advised not to apply as their application will be rejected.

Age Criteria:

18 to 40 years as on 1 Jan 2023.

Upper Age Relaxation for Forest Recruitment:

Selection Process:

1.Physical Standard Tests (PST):

The applied candidate must undergo physical standard test in which candidate’s height is measured for male and female and for the chest is measured only for male candidates.

Once a candidate clears the PST, he/she will have to appear in the next Trade Efficiency Test in their respective trade.

How To Apply Forest Recruitment Grade IV 2023?

Candidates need to apply through SLPRB website only – www.slprbassam.in. The online application has already started and will end on 6 Feb 2023. If you have not applied yet, follow the below instruction to apply for the multiple grade 4 posts under Assam forest department.

Instructions:

1. Register in the Portal using valid mobile number. (Note: Candidates are advised to keep the mobile number unchanged until the recruitment process is over)
2. After successful registration candidates will get a Recruitment ID. Caution: The candidates are not to create multiple id as it will lead to termination of the existing registration.
3. Required Documents:
   • Certificate of proof of age. (Admit Card /Certificate of H.S.L.C. or equivalent examination) for the candidates who have passed HSLC or equivalent examination.
   • Pass Certificate of HSLC or equivalent examination for the candidates who have passed HSLC or equivalent examination.
   • Birth Certificate issued by the Competent Authority as mentioned at Para II (c) above by the candidates who have not appeared in HSLC/Matriculation.
   • Class VII / Class VIII Passed Certificate for the candidates who have not appeared in HSLC/Matriculation as applicable.
   • Certificate of other diploma qualification or Trade certificate /license required, as applicable.
   • Certificate of Caste from Competent Authority. NO CASTE CERTIFICATE ISSUED BY OTHER STATES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
   • Passport Size Photograph.
   • Signature.
