Indian Army NCC Special Entry Scheme 2025 Notification
The Indian Army has issued the notification for the NCC Special Entry Scheme 123rd Course, inviting applications for the recruitment of NCC Men. Eligible unmarried male candidates can apply online via the official website — joinindianarmy.nic.in.
This recruitment aims to fill 70 posts, including vacancies reserved for Wards of Battle Casualties of Army Personnel. Applicants must have served for a minimum of 2–3 years in the Senior Division/Wing of NCC and secured at least a ‘B’ grade in the NCC ‘C’ Certificate Examination.
The online application process for the 123rd NCC Special entry in Indian Army has started on 11 August 2025 and will end on 10 September 2025.

Indian Army NCC 123rd Special Entry 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Indian Army NCC Educational Qualification
For NCC ‘C’ Certificate Holders:
- Graduate in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks.
- Should have served for minimum 2–3 years in the Senior Division/Wing of NCC.
- Minimum ‘B’ Grade in NCC ‘C’ Certificate Examination.
For Wards of Battle Casualties:
- Graduate degree in any discipline (NCC ‘C’ Certificate not required).
- Must provide relevant battle casualty documents.
Indian Army NCC Age Limit (as on 01 Jan 2026)
- Minimum Age : 19 years
- Maximum Age : 25 years
(born between 02 Jan 2001 and 01 Jan 2007, both dates inclusive).
Indian Army NCC Salary
During the training period, a fixed monthly stipend of Rs. 56,100/- is given to the Gentlemen or Lady cadets. Upon commission, the appointed Lieutenants are placed in the Pay Matrix Level 10, ranging from Rs. 56,100/- to Rs. 1,77,500/-.
On successful completion of pre-commission training, cadets will be confirmed Short Service Commission in the rank of Lieutenant.
