What is the ADRE Driver Skill Test?
The Driver Skill Test is the second stage of selection in the ADRE Driver recruitment process. It is designed to assess a candidate’s practical driving ability, road sense, knowledge of vehicle maintenance, and awareness of traffic rules.
The Assam SLRC has successfully conducted the written tests of ADRE Driver Post on 29 Oct 2024 and the result for the written test was declared on 7 March 2025.
Only those candidates who are qualified in the written examination are called for this skill test. The marks obtained in the skill test are considered for final selection.

ADRE Driver Skill Test Date 2025
The ADRE Driving Skill Test is scheduled to held from 15 to 28 June 2025 in Guwahati. Candidates who have qualified in the written examination having minimum qualification of HSLC or equivalent with valid LMV Driving License will now have to appear in the Driving Skill Test and Document Verification. The test will consists of three components: Signal Test, Basic Knowledge of Maintenance of a Vehicle, and Test of Driving LMV vehicle.
