EMRS Assam Guest Teacher And Hostel Warden Recuitment Notification
Assam ERMS Recruitmnet 2025– The Assam State Level EMRS (Eklavya Model Residential School) Society has issued an official notification inviting applications from eligible permanent residents of Assam for the recruitment of contractual Guest Teachers and Boys Hostel Wardens for the academic session 2025 26.

EMRS Recruitment Assam Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria for recruitment for ERMS Assam 2025 includes educational qualifications, age limits, etc, which are discussed in details below.
Education Qualification
Guest Teachers
- Bachelor’s Degree with at least 50% marks in the concerned subject combination of subjects and in aggregate.
- B.Ed degree from a recognised university/autonomous institute approved by NCTE.
- Proficiency in teaching in the English medium.
Hostel Warden (Boys)
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from any recognized University.
- At least 5(five) years teaching or administrative experience in Hostels or any
- Government-recognised schools.
Age Limit
A candidate must not be less than 21 years of age and not more than 60 years as on 1 June 2025. Retired teachers from any State Government / KVS / NVS / recognised, reputed CBSE schools may also apply for the Guest Teachers. The maximum age limit for retired teachers shall be 65 years.
Assam EMRS Salary
The EMRS Assam Salary for the recruit post are discussed below.
Guest Teachers will be paid Rs. 300 for each class or lecture they take. Their payment depends on the number of periods they teach.
Retired teachers who are working as Guest Teachers will be paid monthly.
- If the retired teacher is getting a pension, then their salary will be the last salary they received minus the pension amount.
- If the retired teacher is from NVS, KVS, or other government schools and is not getting a pension, they will get 50% of their last salary.
- If the retired teacher is from a private school and is not getting any pension, they will be paid Rs. 300 per period just like regular Guest Teachers.
Hostel Wardens will be paid Rs. 1,200 per day. But the total monthly salary cannot be more than Rs. 36,000.
Hostel Wardens will not get paid during long vacations like summer break, winter break, or any other break that is 15 days or longer.
