Haryana Vijay Hazare Trophy 2023 Winner: Haryana won the Vijay Hazare Trophy 2023-24 title by beating Rajasthan by 30 runs in the final at the Saurashtra Cricket Association Stadium in Rajkot on December 16, 2023.
