The Assam NEET Merit List 2025 has been released on 15 July 2025 by the Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Assam, following the announcement of the NEET UG 2025 results. This merit list has been prepared based on candidates performance in the NEET UG exam and will be used for admission to MBBS, BDS, AYUSH, BSc Nursing, and other allied medical courses across Assam.
DME Assam has prepared and released the Assam-specific state merit list, which accounts for 85% of MBBS/BDS seats under the state quota. The remaining 15% of seats fall under the All India Quota (AIQ) and are governed by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). Candidates whose names appear in the merit list are eligible to participate in the online counselling.

Assam NEET UG Merit List 2025 Notification
The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Assam has officially released the Provisional Revised State Merit List for NEET-UG 2025. This merit list will be used for admission into 1st year MBBS and BDS courses in government medical and dental colleges of Assam for the academic session 2025-26.
The Assam MBBS merit list includes: Candidate’s Name, NEET Roll Number, Category (General/OBC/SC/ST/Gen-EWS), Gender, NEET Marks, NEET Percentile, NEET All India Rank, State Rank. A direct link to download the merit list is provided below. Candidates who are listed in the Assam NEET Merit List 2025 will be eligible to participate in the Assam NEET Counselling 2025 process.
The NEET UG 2025 exam was conducted on 4 May 2025, and the results were declared on 14 June 2025. The Assam NEET Merit List 2025 has now been released, featuring candidates who are permanent residents of Assam and have secured high scores in NEET UG 2025. To be eligible for admission to MBBS and BDS programs in medical colleges across Assam, candidates must meet the Assam NEET Cut-Off 2025.
