Indian Coast Guard Recruitment 2025 Notification
The Indian Coast Guard (ICG) has released the official notification for recruitment to the post of Assistant Commandant (Group ‘A’ Gazetted Officer) for the 2027 batch. Applications are invited from unmarried Indian male candidates for General Duty (GD) and Technical (Engineering & Electrical/Electronics) branches. Indian Coast Guard Assistant Commandant Eligibility Criteria
The Indian Coast Guard invites applications from unmarried Indian male candidates for General Duty (GD) and Technical (Engineering/Electrical/Electronics) branches for the Assistant Commandant 2027 Batch.
1. General Duty (GD)
- Age: 21–25 years (Born between 01 Jul 2001 to 30 Jun 2005)
- Education: Graduate with Maths & Physics at 10+2 level
- Gender: Male only
2. Technical (Engineering/Electrical/Electronics)
- Age: 21–25 years (same as GD)
- Education:
- Engineering Degree in approved streams (Mech, Elect, Marine, ECE, etc.)
- Must have Maths & Physics at 10+2 level
- Gender: Male only
Note: 5 years age relaxation for serving personnel in Indian Coast Guard/Armed Forces.
